One of our best selling products is our solid new French oak floor boards.
Oak is described as the 'KING' of flooring. It is one of the oldest and most versatile flooring materials available. It is not only warm to the touch, but has a wonderful distinctive look with its uniform texture and wonderful tight grain.
Ideal to create that period look whilst at the same time is equally sort after in achieving a contemporary feel.
Our select grade OAK FLOORING has a tradition for being very hardwearing and durable on the one hand, with its natural warmth on the other. It has random sound knots & shakes (minor splits in board cut from heart of tree), occasional small holes made previously by insects prior to tree being felled (obviously all insects deactivated during kiln drying process) & occasional sapwood.
These French oak boards are all kiln dried to the recommended
8 10% and come in various widths up to 8, so please call or email us for further details.
The boards are tongue and grooved to all sides to make fitting easier and also have an attractive micro-bevel to the leading edge. They also have stress grooves on the reverse side.
These boards come in lengths up to 2.4 metres (8ft) and are 21mm thick.
Reclaimed Pine floor boards - From only £22.95 + vat per Sq/M:
Our re-sawn, reclaimed solid pine boards are another popular product. These are made from old joists upto 80years old and so all movement & moistures levels have settled.
These resawn reclaimed boards which have been completely de-nailed & planed (Inc sides) with square edges.
This means that they will have that unique colour & grain to each individual board, with marks from what you would expect being old & not like those uniform modern laminate engineered boards found in the DIY stores.
We generally stock 6 1/2" & 8 1/2" widths which are available in lengths up to 3.5 4.3m (12-14 foot) and are 21mm thick.
Other natural wood flooring:
We generally have other reclaimed natural wood flooring in stock from mahogany, teak, maple or oak strip flooring.
Occasionally, we are able to reclaimed old oak or elm floor boards.

Reclaimed Door and Beams:
We have a huge range of reclaimed solid wood and glazed doors which are all Pre-1930.
These are all different sizes and in various conditions, from fully stripped pine beaded four panel doors through to doors requiring refurbishment.
We also stock various cottage and ledge and brace doors.

We have a wide variety of beams in oak and pine, from short 3 4 foot beams suitable for over open fire places, to much larger beams to make great features in renovation projects.

Furniture:
As a Reclamation Yard, we always have a varying selection of reclaimed furniture available and on display.
Our stock can change daily, but generally, we always have items such as old church pews, dressers, table and chairs and the occasional unique item such as an old soap boiler for example.
